Technical Coach @ LCS Academy

Lion City Sailors F.C. is looking for a Technical Coach for the Academy.

Position Summary

The Technical Coach will be responsible for the coaching, development of talent, and delivery of multiple sessions a week. The Technical Coach will deliver the academy curriculum and actively scout and assist in the development of talent for the academy. This position will report directly to the Technical Director.

Job Descriptions

• Provide high-standard coaching to all age group teams, educating them in line with the Academy philosophy and methodology as outlined in the Academy Performance Plan

• To ensure that all Academy players adhere to club values and show a high level of respect and discipline.

• To adhere to the Coaches Code of Conduct.

• To create and execute individualized training programs for academy players.

• To maintain all coaching and games program records for each session throughout the season.

• To complete player progress reports

• To develop and maintain a professional relationship with the parents of youngsters in the program.

• To work with Academy Technical Director in the planning and execution of academy programs

• To maintain FA Licensed Coaches Club membership criteria

• To support the development of young players in a healthy lifestyle, diet, drug awareness, education.

• To take responsibility for the care and maintenance of all age group training equipment and playing kit.

• To assess trialists at both training and games and feedback to the Academy Technical Director

• To assist with sports science input where required at training sessions.

• To attend tournaments and trips when requested by the club.

Requirements

• Minimum of UEFA C Coaching Licence or its equivalent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a technical team that provides repair services and Preventive Maintenance for all equipment's.
• Manage and to complete the Preventive Maintenance according to the schedule for twice a year.
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Manage equipment installations logistic – pickup & installation for central & regions. Provide report for Breakdown and installation
• Train / work with service specialists and contractors.
• Manage ordering spare parts and equipment's.
• Provide reports for monthly KPI’s and Score Card reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Be a core member of the Regional IBG Ops projects for OAT Products, GenerativeAI and Ecosystems/Platforms partnership from inception, planning, information gathering and implementation.
• Be a Core SME/Expert on Trade related products and Channels and support the Regional Operations and business group for Change implementation
• Participate in project cadence meetings with business owners from GTS and IBG, country operations teams to understand business requirements and operational processes
• Analyse the business requirements and prepare user stories for operations processes digitization
• Work in partnership with country operations team, GTS, IBG RMs, and technology team on solutioning and operationalization
• Coordinate with country operations team and regional test teams for test plan preparation and functional testing to ensure user requirements are fulfilled
• Prepare training material and conduct training sessions to country operations as part of the project operationalization activities
• Perform data analysis via data dashboard to track digital adoption, improvements, and to identify exceptions and opportunities for further improvements in OAT journeys and dial up Straight Through Processing (STP) rate

Requirements

• More than 2 years’ and strong project management experience with a proven track record (waterfall or agile model).
• Have knowledge on Trade systems and experience as system end user will be advantageous
• Have proven experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and conducting training to end-user.
• Expertise in analysing customer requirements and translating the same into user stories, test strategy and test cases
• Independent, meticulous worker with ability to slice and dice problem, structure his/her work, be creative and think out-of-the-box
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrates good work ethics and is able to adapt to changes and is able to deliver within tight timelines
• Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred.
