Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Environmental or Process Control & Automation),
2. Master's degree in engineering management or logistic management will be plus
3. 10 to 15 years of engineering experience, ideally as a managerial / expediting role in process, energy, water or chemical plants construction or large-scale infrastructure design and construction projects locally

Resident Technical Officer (RTO - Civil & Structural/Geotechnical)

a. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as an RTO, with at least 5 years in supervising works of similar complexity. This includes major construction projects involving buildings, tunnels, deep excavations, and foundations, as well as tasks such as installing monitoring instruments and collating monitoring data.

b. Qualifications: Possess a Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical disciplines from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent institution.

c. Accreditation: Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

d. Safety Certification: Hold a valid certificate in the Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

e. Technical Knowledge: Be conversant with statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration, and the submission of progress reports.
