About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.

About the role:

• Develop a Non-Routine Lifting program and advise the Construction Manager accordingly.
• Develop specific Lift Plans.
• Liaise with the Engineering Department for engineering calculations and drawings as required to develop specific Lift Plans according to his Lifting program.
• Prepares procedure in coordination with vendors for internal shifting and load out operations.
• Wart management for project cargo loading and offloading operation active projects, load out operations by floating crane and Roll on load outs.
• Attend JSA meeting and client RA meeting for the assigned project and report to Section Head/Lifting Superintendent/Production Manager/GMO.
• Assist Engineer in preparing yard layout drawing for module location as per construction and load out sequence by confirmed projects and assisting tender department in lifting and load out feasibility check.
• Raise purchase requisition for the project required consumable and hardware items & sub-contractor works.
• Liaise with Lifting / Rigging Superintendent on a day-to-day basis for work progress.
• Liaise with client representatives, classification society surveyors and others to comply with inspection requirements.
• Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
• Ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes

About you:

• At least 8 years of experience as a lifting supervisor.
• Experience and knowledge in heavy lifting.
• Obtained Lifting Supervisors Safety Course and Work-At-Height Certificate

Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)

Working days: 5.5 days works week (Mon-Fri, 8am to 5.30pm & Sat, 8am to 12pm)

• Assist factory on appraisals of engines and technical issues regarding engine performance
• Keep track of Distributor’s sales performance in ensuring expected sales budget is met
• Assist the development of sales activities of Distributors
• Provide support to distributors in the undertaking of projects, including technical support and provide updated information to department manager

Job Summary:As a Deskside Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment. You will be tasked with updating software patches and delivering prompt and efficient IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support to end user devices in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by location. This role requires excellent technical skills, general IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs for desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment.
• Ensure timely updating of software patches and maintain devices at optimal performance.
• Deliver IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Desk-side Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals, adhering to SLAs by location.
• Oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments, and operational changes for all in-scope equipment, software, and related services at designated customer sites.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule IMACs in support of office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding, collaborating with all affected IT functions and/or 3rd party vendors to minimize operational interruptions or disturbances.
• Handle Video Conferences and assist with meeting room A/V setups.
• Participate in IT-related projects, activities, and events as required.

Requirements for the role:

• Strong technical skills and general IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, notebook, mobile, and peripheral issues.
• Familiarity with video conferencing and audio-conferencing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch support to users and VIPs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with other IT functions and external vendors.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to address user needs promptly.
• Flexibility to handle office changes and other on-site activities efficiently.
