Job Descriptions:

• Service existing customers and develop new clients to expand Snow market share for Industrial product portfolio in a designated region
• To promote and market all Industrial products on agreed quarterly and annual target volume.
• Specifying of company’s product to all relevant clients, consultants, engineering companies, design companies and end user.
• Establishing contact with consultants, contractors, EPCs and project owners
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Negotiating tender and contract terms
• Offering after-sales support services to customers
• Preparing weekly reports and call plan to the general manager
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Offer pre-tender technical assistance and product education to the client
• Liaising with other members of the sales team to co-ordinate on projects pursue and win the projects
• Meet required sales targets
• Compile lists of prospective customers and projects for use as sales leads.
• Follow up project activities and update project lists.

Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical or Chemical engineering
• Min 2 years of industrial sales experience, with industrial plastic piping sales experience will have added advantage.
• With experience of selling valves, pipes, fittings and pump will also be consider
• Familiarity on project pursue and product specification procedure is a plus
• Experience in water treatment, chemical, Semiconductor and utility segments are also an added advantage.

Job Description – Electronics Engineer

• Design and development of analog, digital and mixed signals electronics for Public Address Systems, Intercom System and Information Display Systems

• Design, optimize and validate electronic circuits to meet design and functional requirements

• Create schematics using Altium Designer.

• Conduct FAI (first article inspection) with customers

• Prepare technical reviews, technical reports, and verification/validation test reports

Requirements

• Monitor Contractors’ manhours and progress, site meetings, technical bids evaluations, schedule updating and monthly & fortnightly reports preparation
• Supporting AWP (advanced work packaging) procedure preparation and implement, helping contractors to develop it and follow it strictly
• Preparation of EPC procurement and subcontract tracker, DMRS set up (Level 4 schedule), overall manpower, develop Productivity and S-curves
• Analysis critical path highlight potential delays may occur, what impact will be. Discussing with engineering leads/ Project managers to solve those issues to meet the key deliverable dates.

Primary Purpose

Responsible for planning, designing, installing, maintaining, testing & implementing systems in accordance to specifications & service level.
