About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join us on this journey. In this role, you will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will be working on the electrical interfaces of our robot from the design and development phase all the way to manufacturing. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 2-5 years working experience who would have the following experience / knowledge/ qualities :-

• Basic Electrical Building Services Design knowledge
• Familiar with local codes and standards (e.g SS 568, 560 etc)
• Able to perform cable size and voltage drop calculation conforming to local codes and standards. Familiar with earthing and lighting protection works.

• Coordinate and support Project LEW for Power Turn ON, Testing and Commissioning.

• Able to perform material take off from project drawings (e.g. cable containment routing drawings, small power and lighting layout etc)

Requirements

• Hands on experience in calibration of instruments
• Able to Perform Loop checks

The BMS Engineer deployed on site is required to perform planned and ad-hoc maintenance works including supervise the Technicians and Contractors in carrying out the works in specific projects. The BMS Engineer should also possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people. The BMS Engineer should also be proactive in learning and implementing of new technologies on site. The BMS Engineer will also be holding a concurrent role of TE and will discharge his/her duty accordingly to the requirement of the BMS Engineer.

What you will be doing:

• Perform maintenance services and supervise contractors / vendors in the delivery of equipment.
• Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations
• Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works
• Prepare and justify for variation of works
• Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements
• Establish good relations between own team members and building owners
• Ensure all fault cases are promptly followed up and closed in the CMMS / Helpdesk
• Work closely with Client’s FM team to understand the needs and requirements of the end users
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Client/ESS team
• On daily basis, follow up on anomalies or faults detected from the use of the BMS to optimize the building equipment;
• Deep dive into building function and equipment to improve energy efficiencies and eliminate intermittent faults, derive new fault rules specific and relevant to the Sites; and
• Manage, operate, configure, modify and perform troubleshooting on the BMS system.

You are:

• Possess a diploma in Building, Facilities, Engineering or relevant disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in BMS.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experiences in facility management works
• Trained in Building Management System
• Fluent with Microsoft Office

Job Description:

- Responsible for the supervision of Electrical Equipment testing and commissioning at site, review and

submission of site acceptance test reports.

- Review Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Schematic Drawings.

- Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.

- Attend to Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.

- To undertake tasks / assignments as and when directed by the Commissioning Lead.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- At least 2 Years of local working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Possess initiative and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

- Experience in MV / LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning,
