JOB SUMMARY:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for the product quality activities within Quasar Medical Singapore Operations. This will include support for new product development and transfers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Overview

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating between different teams, managing client expectations, and continuously improving delivery processes. The position requires expertise in delivery management of security solutions on Big Data Analytics platform and experience with data protection products.

Requirements:

• Design new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new product/technology startup which provides very important feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices' quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain test programs of Micron NAND products to cater to customers' specifications, device performance characterization needs and analysis of customer returns.
• Optimize test programs by applying more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.

Job Description

As an Operation Modelling Engineer at Micron Semiconductor Operation Asia Pte Ltd, you will apply industrial engineering concept to develop planning model for facilities system, asset utilization and other fab metrics. You will be responsible to ensure efficient management of fab metrics through scenarios comparison and optimization, engaged in constant communication with the various stakeholders for Business Plans and Scenario studies

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and validate capacity/space models to enable accurate assessment of production loading needs
• Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and production planning
• Develop models for non-equipment related capability to meet the Fab output requirements.
• Managing complex projects across several different departments and sites, working pro-actively with other departments to identify areas of improvement and actions.
