Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/full-time standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract.
