Job Responsibilities:

• Implement QA plan, review, and revision for company level.

Job Description

• Carry out troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find out the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality get back to normal
• Respond to technical queries from operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation of the power plant
• Follow C&I work instructions and propose changes for improvement where necessary
• Lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure completion of shutdown work on time
• Work closely with various sections to coordinate cross-functional maintenance works

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Engineer to join our central kitchen manufacturing plant. With a highly energetic technical team, the Plant Engineer is a pivotal role in the central kitchen who will be responsible for overseeing the highly automated packaging operations, serviceability of all production equipment and constantly improving the automation systems within the plant. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering and experience in managing and maintaining a high-volume food manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

· Conceptualize systems and equipment to build capabilities for mass production of a wide range of ready meals.

· Constantly improve current automated production system through mechanical, electronic, automation, digital control enhancements and configuration.

· Daily setup and run the production system to meet with time-sensitive order demand

· Maintain highest level of hygiene standard in the plant

· Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs

· Collaborate closely with other central kitchen teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operation

Requirements:

Job Description

• Oversee in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Manage ACMV design coordination with other trades with BIM coordination.
• Liaise with ACMV suppliers for quotation, responsible for equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Responsible for material submittals for ACMV equipment and materials to the Consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all ACMV equipment and materials.
• Attending technical coordination meetings with Main-con, Consultants and Employer.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Min 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump sizing, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more.
• Experience of design and coordination skill.
• Familiar to ACMV, Green Mark and fire code requirement with knowledge of basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC.
