Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building, facilities, and security at all Company’s sites.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance, and repair of the critical site systems and equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment include power/ UPS, backup generator, and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status updates to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Liaise with contractors on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
• Review the risk assessment submitted by the contractor prior to the commencement of work.
• Ensure required safety requirements are in place prior to the commencement of work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise major construction works in buildings, including services laying and lighting and control systems installation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, schedule updates and report findings to management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out engineering tasks including design, calculations, planning, and preparing/evaluating tenders as a member of the engineering project team.
• Document QA/QC processes for engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors.
• Provide support in addressing technical issues during the design and construction phases of projects.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by the project team

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in using company-specific software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in design thinking for product innovation and improvement.
• Candidate with experience in LRT / MRT Projects is highly advantageous
