• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
• Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial/ institutional/ healthcare/ hospitality development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices.
• Advantageous for candidates proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports.
• Able to start work from 15 March 2025.

Technician (Assembly/AutoCAD/Technical Drawing)

Responsibilities:

• Perform and ensure that assembly builds and test are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
• Report and assist Engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min NITEC/ Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
• Able to comprehend schematic/Technical drawing
• Experience in Orbital Welding and/or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), is an advantage.
• Able to commit rotating shifts
