Job Description

• Overseeing and managing the technical aspects of maintaining and operating buildings or facilities e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

• Ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and perform routine checks and inspections to identify issues.

• Manage a team of contractors in scheduled maintenance, repairs, and installation service.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all fire and safety systems are up to code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with building systems or equipment, including coordinating emergency repairs if necessary.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of upgrades to building systems to enhance efficiency, performance, or sustainability.

• Provide site supervision for Civil, Structural and miscellaneous works for infrastructure projects.
