The company owns and manages a fleet of coastal tankers and barges operating in Singapore, Malaysia and in the South East Asia region. We are seeking for qualified candidates to take up the challenges of Technical Superintendent based in Singapore and on rotation shift in Fujairah.

Requirements:

• COC Class 1 or 2 holders with sailing experience on product tankers
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience ashore as a Technical Superintendent in tanker companies
• Experience in handling Foreign going vessel
• Must be willing to travel abroad (Fujairah) on a rotational basis
• Familiar with Oil Majors vetting’s and inspections requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain vessels to the requirement of Classification Society, Flag state, Port State, Oil majors and state regulations that the vessels are plying.
• Execute planned maintenance system and ensure compliance.
• Approve and monitor repairs, prepare purchase order and works order.
• Prepare dry-docking / repair specifications and monitor work progress.
• Maintain vessel allocated budget and meet operational standard as required by Owners.
• Carry out internal audits, risk assessment, incident investigation and closing out report.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the oversight of the process of the assigned product(s) at given CMOs (e.g., from raw materials to primary packaging). Maintain the knowledge and the history of the product(s) process throughout the entire commercial lifecycle since transfer from development to date.

• Provide the necessary data for the technical activities involved in transferring a product and its process(es), focusing on existing knowledge, through the appropriate documentation and supporting at the giving/receiving site, as needed.
• Initiate and support investigations and improvement projects (quality, efficiency), based on the above data analysis, involving cross-functional teams.
• Provide all necessary information to perform the validation documentation, align with other process experts (i.e., CDMOs / CLOs) to organize, review and approve the study plans and samples management. Technical Manager is in lead for process qualification and validation. Supports other experts to assess the need to plan validations / re-validations / verifications, consulting approving and reviewing the process validation master plan, together with the Validation Lead or Validation Experts from the CMO. Requirements

• BSc. In Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing process development and lifecycle management as Production Manager, Process Development Expert, or comparable
• Comprehensive know how in pharmaceutical or chemical technologies such as API, Drug Product formulation, fill and finish (i.e., solutions, emulsions, and suspensions)

• Carry out troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find out the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality get back to normal
• Respond to technical queries from operation personnel and provide advice/solution according to best engineering practice to address issues which affect the operation of the power plant

Responsibilities

• To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records and etc.

• To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessel incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents.
• To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certifications, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
• To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignements as and when required.
