§ Responsible for both Pre-sales and Post Sales engineering and technical disciplines, for both Avaya and Genesys Cloud Solution

§ Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines for Avaya Aura Solution in Post Sales

§ Responsible to train our engineers to achieve both Implementation and Maintenance required certification

§ Perform full elements of project implementation which includes:

o Understand full solution requirements of the project

o Being accountable and managing the scope of work assigned

o Install Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings

o Support network infrastructure

o Support daily system operation checks

o Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues

o Assist customers in producing and submitting reports

o Coordinate job requests

o Assist in case escalation to product principle to ensure minimal disruption to operations and maintain high quality standards

o Ensure all necessary project documentation is performed accordingly

o Update the project manager timely on all related project matters

o Being a responsible team player and communicator amongst customers, end-users and project team

o Take ownership in one’s scope of work

§ Perform maintenance on ICT solutions which includes:

o Maintain implemented networking and call center solutions of customers

• Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
• Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
• Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Provides technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory and potentially across the Element enterprise

Responsibilities:

· Management, operation and maintenance of power plant and ancillaries.

· Liaise with MOM, NEA for Boiler annual statutory inspections and report submissions.

· Prepare procedures, checklist and training materials to train maintenance team and operators.

· Coordinate with maintenance and engineering department and contractor for attending the respective works.

· Closely monitor Chimney emission and control the combustion as per relevant government laws and regulations.

· Ensuring the overall efficiency of the boiler and optimization of the treatment process.

· To assist fully with and help implement and manage all Health, Safety and Environmental practices.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Min 3 years working experience in the relevant field.

· Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.

· Willing to work in Tuas South.

• Is proficient on primary toolset and demonstrates ability to acquire additional systems and applications. Performs startup activities through Tier II with limited support. Able to complete qualifications with minimal assistance.
• Completes quality repairs. Actively responds to fab issues by communicating with engineers in other locations and participating in escalation conference calls. May initiate or participate in projects to drive down costs or increase uptime. Ability to carry out action plans and report findings. Verifies operational quality of system equipment.
• Follows all checklists and procedures and ensures correct Revs of procedures and schematics are available prior to performing work. May identify procedural issues.
• Can perform most retrofits on equipment. Assists in process issues.
• Applies diagnostic techniques and the use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.
• Assumes responsibility for full customer satisfaction assuring excellent relations within assigned area. Demonstrates strong interest and knowledge of the customer’s business. Builds and maintains customer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and the sharing of collective knowledge. Is consistently able to operate in high pressure or ambiguous situations. Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Additionally, because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
