Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware issues (Barcode Printer).
• Identify software problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Install and configure both hardware and software.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and satisfactory feedback to customers.
• Provide internal technical support to the team.
• Offer basic training to customers on hardware and software.
• Demonstrate basic sales skills related to hardware, ribbon, and software products.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience in technical support function is preferred
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
