• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all works including all civil and architectural works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, irrigation and sewer system, commuters facilities, road works, trial trenches and utilities diversion etc.
• To coordinate the contractor, AC, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants etc for the works
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structure, formwork support systems systems and gantry crane and submit evaluation report endorsed by a PE

• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review Contractor's design and supervise all works associated to micro-tunneling and mining, Flyover works, sewer diversion (including shaft construction and pipe-jacking operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
• At least 4 years’ of experience, of which 3 years experience in either geotechnical works or airport construction.
• Possess a valid RTO cert by IES Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist the SRE / RE / RA in duties, review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site
• Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings
• Report to the supervising Qualified Persons any work that are not constructed according to the building approved plans, project drawings including shop drawings;
• Report to project manager and/or project consultants any work that are not constructed according to the specifications and drawings;
• liaise with the supervising Qualified Persons and their engineers/architects / specialists on the review and approval of revised designs, amended drawings, specialist drawings, sketches, etc.
• Assist in the review of contractor’s method statements and working procedures, and to ensure that they are followed on site;
• verify progress payment claims, all other claims and reports submitted by the contractors;
• keep and review records of works including materials, samples, site equipment, inspections, test reports and ensure proper documentation, keep track of all records and forms
• oversee the maintenance of the site office, its cleanliness and orderliness, proper filing systems, plans

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing; and
• Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical experience on site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily close supervision and coordination duties of structural works
• Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications
• Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress
• Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works
• Implement quality assurance plan in a well-coordinated manner
• Coordinate with Contractors, Stakeholders, Authorities, Interfacing Contractors and the like on execution of works

Requirements:

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• 8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on C&S works for various building/infrastructure projects
• Contract duration is for up to 12 months

JOB SUMMARY

• The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of our AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, AI and machine learning infrastructure, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex technical projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure as code, DevOps, and platform automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI platform, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, AI engineers, and business leaders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success, including managing external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth delivery of the platform.
• Infrastructure as Code: Oversee the implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of AI infrastructure.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Platform Automation: Ensure the development and maintenance of automation frameworks to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place to deliver a robust and reliable AI platform.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to innovate and adopt new technologies and methodologies.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, with strong project management skills and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide engineering teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and project-related challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
