Job Description & Requirements:

• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.

• Assist to prepare tender documents including project plan, construction, construction schedule plan and quality assurance measurement based on technical standard.

• Prepare technical support documents such as construction technical proposal for bidding

project.

• Coordinate with engineering team to prepare engineering drawings and sketches for further operation.

• Coordinate with consultant and client and prepare presentation documents for bidding projects.

Job Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities :

· Analyse the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem

· Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the Ministry of Manpower’s needs

· Work with MOM vendor and app vendor on the solutions and design to seek clarification and acceptance.

· Design, develop and deliver working software applications to delight customers

Responsibilities:

Involve in one or more teams working in normal hour in managing and coordinating multiple vendors in a large scale communications projects based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Conduct periodic inspections and audit in both software to hardware e.g. Backend IT security equipment, network switches, firewalls, servers etc to front-end devices, that ranges from Monitoring Management Systems, etc.
• Conduct reviews in Security Backend System including cybersecurity requirements.

Job Requirements:
