Job description

• Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients’ needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.
• Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
• Follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with production.
• Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
• Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing.
• Attend to customer enquiries, follow-up, and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team.
• Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide updates on feedback from customers.
• Achieve team targets and provide backup to other team members when they are away.
• Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable & provide support in recovering outstanding bills.
• Attend site visits, build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
• Ensure successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and news to ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.
• Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Meticulous, highly organized, and a team-player.
• Self-driven, adaptive, with strong interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and co-lead with the Program Manager in New Product Introduction (NPI) project, making sure it satisfies all requirements and specifications before moving it into mass production.
• Design project plan, execute and ensure that every task is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
• Study 3D product design and 2D drawing and collaborate internally with tool designer and engineering on design for manufacturing (DFM).

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure physical network devices during capacity expansions.
• Establish automated monitoring for physical network devices.
• Implement automated alerts based on monitoring for physical network devices.

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years or more of Networking Engineering experience working with Layer 2 protocols, Layer 3 networking with IP, as well as routing protocols such as OSPF/IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS.
• Experience troubleshooting across a variety of networking platforms including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortigate and Arista.
• Strong scripting skills (Phyton, PowerShell and C# are preferred, but not a strict requirement) for automating day-to-day tasks are a strong plus.
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
• A strong collaborator, attentive listener, calm under pressure, earn confidence from others and be adaptive, since a candidate’s role may span a variety of traditional roles, such as design engineer, deployment engineer, operations engineer and project manager.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be part of a team in embedded engineering in designing and developing software, tooling, test suites, workflow in order to improve daily activities such as automated test suite, automated delivery (binaries, documents), automated static analysis tool, and configuration management.

Job Duties

Job Requirements
