RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a group of Technicians/Technical Assistants and manage contractors in the execution of refinery maintenance activities.

• To maintain and increase market share in the Asian region by providing sales support through lab work and customer seminars at the Technical Center.

- Capture data and prepare reports based upon customer requirements.

Our Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of polyvinyl alcohol and its applications.
• At least 3-5 years knowledge and experience in laboratory work and evaluation for polyvinyl alcohol and its application.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese as communication with Japan headquarters and R&D is a must.

The Civil Engineer is responsible for providing engineering and administrative coordination for the design, supply, construction and testing of the project. Safety

• Engineer must adhere to all the HSE principles and WI during the work.

Quality

• Remember all WI, SOP, and Quality Policy. Work with related internal departments (such as Production, Equipment, Quality, Technology) and external CM suppliers to resolves wafer blocks/cells/modules quality issues and implement required decisions made by internal management at the external supplier sites.
• Ensure no quality issues during qualification/certification and proper change management implementation phase.

Delivery

• Possess excellent project management skills by establishing schedules, coordinating with required resources both within the organization or CM suppliers, projecting cost of qualifications/certification projects and risks identification to implement and execute the required projects. Responsible to generate bill of materials (BOMs) and Design/Engineering change, product transfer to internal/external lines and lead in DFMEA/PFMEA for product change.
• Ability to create and maintain excellent internal/external customer supplier relationship through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The Key Performance indicators are the results and prompt project schedule control.

Cost

• Initiate and lead cost-reduction projects relating to cost reduction.

Continuous Improvement

• Initiate and lead projects relating to cell efficiency and module power improvement activities.

Position Overview:

As a Sr. Staff signal integrity engineer, you will be working on challenging SI and PI tasks in globally distributed teams. You will be supporting SI/PI signoff of chip design, package design and PCB design in order to support successful delivery of products of various product lines to market. You will be working with design, test, P&R and application teams globally for modeling of chip high speed I/O and power rails. You will be supporting customers in signing off hardware design or resolving SI/PI issues where system design has constraints.
