Job Summary
In this role, you will support the Operation Support Team on project initiative to drive towards cheque elimination. You will also support the team lead on the preparation and analysis of data for reporting. As part of this dynamic team, you will report to the team lead within Operation support team.
Job Description:
· Handle outbound calls to customers in accordance with guidelines, service standards and quality.
· Preparation and analysis of data for reporting
· Assist in projects and other admin work as assigned
