• Act as a client representative mechanical design engineer for JTC and various ministries for the development of building and infrastructure projects
• Formulating the project briefs for consultant tender

Requirements

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in consultancy & design or construction companies. Being a Professional Engineer will be an added advantage

Support the project team in planning, scheduling and coordinating the civil & structural works (site).

· Manage on-site construction works and documentation

· Assist in overseeing engineering deliverable and multi-disciplinary works in order to meet project quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Engineer which at least 3 years shall be in the supervision of works similar in nature to the works in the civil constractors also have minimum 3 years of experience in M&E works.

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs on new and used packaging machines at select customer’s facilities predominantly throughout Asia Pacific and possibly other regions on an as required basis.
• Coordinate installation on our proprietary machinery at client location and consult with customers on technical issues.
• Monitor system performance to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications /requirements.
• Consult with customer concerning installation, preventive maintenance, inspections and use of proprietary software system, including providing support to customers.
• Telephone support and evaluation of customer issues to help troubleshoot and/or collect key information for review by senior service staff.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Able to oversee customer requirement and translate to feasible solution design.
• Install, test and commission network infrastructure according to best practices, but not limited to routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls etc.
