Work experience requirements:

• Must have a minimum 8 years of work experience in medium/large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the Upstream Oil and Gas sector and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.

11. Monitor and optimize vessels and seafarers’ performance. Collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure that vessels and seafarers have adequate resources to perform.
12. Review, write and provide feedback on development area of seafarers, work-performance during specific contract, while setting clear goals and targets.
13. Act as part of the Shore base Emergency Response team as required.
14. Complete any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Fleet Manager.

Requirements:

• Engineer Officer Qualification, with First Class Chief Engineers Motor license from an IMO whitelist country; OR
• Degree in Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or other related.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sailing experience as Chief Engineer onboard; OR
