Overview

A technically focused role with responsibility for planning, managing, and installing of the technical (AV, SX, LX, and power supply) infrastructure for Live Events in Singapore & the South East Asia Region. Ideally the candidate would have 20+ years proven experience in all technical departments including Audio Systems, Rigging, Lighting, Video Projection, LED Screens, Media Servers, Camera Systems, Electrical & Power Management.

The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high quality technical solutions for live events across all major markets and have experience in delivering projects in South East Asia and China. The candidate should have a high level of understanding of the following software applications: AutoCAD, Vector Works, Unreal Engine 5.0, Depence R3, Capture, WYSIWYG, PowerPoint, Excel, Rental Point, Easy job. The candidate should have previous experience for programming on the following media server platforms: Watchout, Disguise, Pixera, Millumin. The candidate will have to solve problems in the workplace and on site, detect risks all throughout the projects and therefore must have excellent management & communication skills. He will need to work with budgets and deliver projects to an agreed level of profitability. He/she must also be flexible, particularly with the hours of work, to achieve the best results and a successful project.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and arrange site visits with clients & all necessary suppliers to ensure a high level of planning for all projects
• Training recommendations & management of internship program
• Identifying and targeting areas that can help CT by keeping management updated on technical advances in software/equipment related to/beneficial to CT
• Support the management team in procuring new technology
• Observe health & safety procedures both at work and on site.

Requirements

• COC Class 1 holders with sailing experience on tanker vessels / foreign going vessels
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience ashore as a Technical Superintendent in tanker companies
• Must be willing to travel abroad ( Fujairah ) on a rotational basis
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills in English language
• Familiar with Oil Majors vettings and inspections requirements

Position 2:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Support

• Provide technical product support to importers via DISS Monitor Level 2
• Provide onsite/remote support to markets using telediagnosis, often requiring a direct diagnostic tool connection to the vehicle, typically using ODIS-S, iDEX, ODIS-E, or CP-Tool

2) Technical Problem Investigation

• Organize customer’s car with the importer for vehicle analysis
• Investigate technical issues either on-site or remotely on behalf of Audi AG Quality Assurance, and/or Technical Development
• If necessary, initiate, coordinate and organise advanced analysis from expert team to obtain essential measurement data for further analysis
• Determine whether to distribute to the importer based on the sensitivity of data gathered

3) Competency Identification and Development

• Identify product support and market competency needs in the APAC markets and find solutions to enhance market competence through coaching, development, and training

4) Training/Qualification/Conference

• Actively organise and prepare technical training / qualification sessions eg. advanced technical service training (SoST), Resident Program, Product Support Qualification (PSQ) and Learning Online Training (LoT)

5) Technology Advancement:

• Work continuously to future-proof technology advancement, innovate and promote advanced diagnostic/repair solutions to all importers

6) Technical Problem Investigation

• Investigate technical problems and provide technical product support to importers
• Monitor product quality performance and report deviations to Audi AG

7) DISS Management

• Manage DISS for Conventional engines and transmissions topics, providing high-level support for the APAC region
• Monitor the progress of DISS cases and ensure follow-up until each case is resolved

8) Field Monitoring and Problem Elimination Process

• Analyse monthly warranty and Tableau/AQUA/SQA reports to identify new technical problems in the region
• Initiate affected markets to kick off problem elimination process on newly identified problems by requesting Priority Customer Complaint (PCC) to be created
• Prepare and provide relevant data for escalation meetings, business review, monthly reports

9) Product Support Coordination

• Arrange video conferences with regional importers for product support discussions and escalation meeting preparation, where appropriate

10) Market Liaison and Mentorship

• Support assigned APAC markets as part of the market liaison/mentor program, providing ad hoc support that may be non-technical in nature
• Monitor the development of importer performance KPI (STLI) for mentored markets, coordinate coaching as needed

11) Performance Review and Training

• Support relevant markets with performance reviews of KPIs and data analysis

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. Job Summary:

We are seeking to employ suitably qualified and experienced Senior Academic Support staff to join dedicated teams of professionals in the Arts Faculty.

The appointee is to support the Senior School Music Department’s extensive Music curriculum, extra- curricular and performance schedule. The role will require excellent piano accompanying skills and strong ensemble and composition/arranging skills. The role will require accompanying ensembles and leading and developing performance opportunities for students within the Senior School. The role will require arranging and sequencing music for a wide range of ensembles and groups and promoting an inclusive musical environment where students are encouraged to take risks and enjoy performing for each other.

The appointee will also support Music staff in curriculum lessons for an average of 14 hours per week, ranging from ages 11-18 years old. The appointee will be responsible for organising and promoting the annual ‘Battle of the Bands’ with support from the Music Department and lead some agreed Music Co-Curriculum Activities. The Department currently organises around 20 musical events running throughout the School Year.

The appointee reports to Head of Faculty – Arts through Assistant Head of Faculty (Music) and Music Specialist.

• Develop and maintain the training syllabus including:Production and maintenance of training methods/tooling and documentation as directed by the Training Manager.
  Maintenance of eLearning syllabus/content.
  Managing access to eLearning as required by project/program requirements.
• Provide operational support to V&V:Contributing to test validation on time and on budget, in cooperation with the customer representatives, during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at the program’s relevant site
• Contributing operational concept/context to the correction and validating the Problem Change Reports (PCR’s) in coordination with the other teams (e.g. System Engineering, V&V)
• Contribute to the maintenance of traceability between customer requirements and the functional baseline
• Support Technical Working groups both internally and externally to define technical solutions that are operationally fit-for-purpose.
• Develop and conduct test procedures in conformity with specifications in order to ensure customers’ acceptance of ATM products.
• Provide system use guidance to existing and potential customers when required.
• Deliver ATC Awareness training as required to internal AMS teams.

Bid and Strategic Business Activity

• Provide ATS support and advice to the Thales Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Support development of Sales & Marketing Department product demonstrations in responding to Requests for Tender.
• Deliver product demonstrations to:prospective clients
  client management, technical and operations personnel.
• Review and provide feedback of proposed enhancements of the TopSky product [product roadmap]
• Assist the Operational Support and Training Manager with preparation/validation of AOS estimates in the context of projects/bids

General

• Prioritisation of competing deadline activities
• Identify risks, and propose effective solutions; execute mitigation actions and report on outcomes and residual risks
• Provide recommendations to Lead ATC Operations Specialist and Operational Authorities on modification of ATM related products/features.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Operational ATC experience across multiple disciplines.
• Firm understanding and demonstrated experience in training development and instruction.
• Significant ATM product knowledge or at least 2 years as a member of a Project Team involved in the implementation of a modern ATM system
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Capable of working in a self-directed environment without direct supervision

Job Description:

• Support and assist the SRE / RE / RA
• Undertake all or part of the duties and responsibilities of the SRE / RE / RA as instructed by the appointed project manager in consultation with the project consultants if no SRE / RE / RA are appointed for the project
• Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project
• Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor’s method statements, installation and working procedures, and site instructions, supervising Qualified Persons and project consultants
• Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies, such as BCA, LTA, NEA, NParks, PUB, SCDF and public utility agencies/service providers such as SPPG, SingTel, StarHub, etc
• Report to the supervising Qualified Persons any work that are not constructed according to the building approved plans, project drawings including shop drawings
• Report to the appointed project manager and/or project consultants any work that are not constructed according to the specifications and drawings
