Primary Responsibilities:

Meeting/Office Coordination

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, training, appointments for executives and staff.
• Oversee PPE stock and arrange for replenishment if required.

Administrative Support

• Support the development of NLP products for Southeast Asian languages, with a focus on foundation models and linguistically-motivated approaches.
• Aid efforts on the fine-tuning, alignment and reasoning of large language models, including research, experimentation, implementation and data creation where applicable.

Responsibilities

· Assure sites are properly stocked with test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per AT standards.
