Facilities Operations and Management

• Lead the planning, be hands-on construction supervision and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings

• Partner with Indirect Procurement to select and manage vendors for construction and operations based on procurement guidelines and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience (preferably in Electrical)
• Possess Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)
• Strong understanding of energy auditing, energy modelling, and energy efficiency technologies
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business groups and align with company’s goals and objectives

To assist Design for Safety Professional to carry out following duties:

• Recognise the importance of design for safety and health of a construction project to eliminate or mitigate such risks throughout the different life cycle of a building and structure

Project Overview

SMART CAMP (Critical Analytics for Manufacturing Personalized-Medicine) is an interdisciplinary research programme in Singapore (CREATE international research campus and innovation hub) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SMART CAMP addresses key technology bottlenecks in cell therapy manufacturing: (i) critical quality attributes (CQA) of safe, effective cell therapy products; and (ii) integrated process analytics to monitor and modulate those attributes. Our efforts are focused on allogeneic and autologous cell therapy products, including but not limited to cell sources including adult stem/progenitor cells and immune cells for treatment of specific cancers, tissue degeneration, and autoimmune diseases.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support interdisciplinary projects focused on translating candidate safety Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) to improve the safety of cell therapy products and patient safety. He/She will work under the supervision of postdoctoral associates in SMART CAMP, with mentorship by principal investigators in Singapore and MIT. Qualifications:

• Networking Knowledge: Deep understanding of networking technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching; familiarity with network topologies.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, JavaScript, and HTML for developing and optimizing CDN services; experience in scripting for automation using languages like Python.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with clients.

Work Environment:

This position requires shift work with the following schedules:

• AM Shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

The Service Provisioning Engineer is responsible for planning, configuring, and deploying telecommunication services to meet customer requirements. Job Description

• Interface with Design Engineering team for the release of new products (NPI) into Manufacturing
• Involve in product development and evaluate the design for manufacturability and reliability by participating in design reviews and the assembly of the prototype units.
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize Cycle time/Quality issues.
• Perform First Article qualifications for parts and obsolescence components.
• Generate and Maintain process and equipment work instructions, drawings, and other production document to conform to specifications.

Job Requirements
