The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Engage the project team to deliver high quality works;
• Lead the QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades;
• Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;
• Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;
• Prepare monthly reports for Management;
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits;
• Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation;
• Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)
• Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field
• Experience: At least 3 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.
• Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage.
• Completed at least 1 building project

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications
• Quality Management Systems certification – ISO 9000

Desktop Engineer

Job description:
This role performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
They may also perform installs, moves add, and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts, for clients.
As the main interface to the client, they need to understand the local infrastructure and key contacts in the other competencies, i.e. network team, server admin, etc., in order to ensure that the proper team is aware of, and taking action on the problem.
Strong client communication and business skills are therefore needed since direct client interaction is often required.
Adequate in understanding customer's site environment in a fast-paced manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Resolve client hardware/software PC problem tickets.
2. A technical knowledge of the supported platform is required as well as a working knowledge of the hardware. Resolve tickets within the client SLA and obtain a high client Satisfaction Rating.
3. Good communication skills are required.

Brief Description:

End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
• Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
• Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
