RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide sales support to the sales team in administrative area

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/full-time standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract. · Maintaining documents / Information on the equipment / provisions

Requirements

· RTO should be a polytechnic graduate or hold an equivalent qualification. He shall be registered with the BCA and accredited with the JAC (IES-ACES).

· RTO should have 3 - 5 years’ experience in supervision of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Landscape Architectural works.

· Be conversant in local legislation, regulations, and codes.
