• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Compute Science /Information Technology.
• 6-8 years of technical experience within architecture development, integration of backend systems and development.

• Experience in Java 8+, Spring, Spring boot, testing framework Junit, Cucumber.

The proposed personnel shall have minimum three (3) years of experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the Works in the Civil Contract.

The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS and/or registered under Structural Steel Singapore Society as a Registered Steelwork Supervisor.

The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-seven (47) hours a week).
