JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* To assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule
* To liaise and co-ordinate project site works with consultants, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors
* Liaise and work with sub-contractos on shop drawings, equipment submission, site inspection and testing & commissioning matters
* Carry out site supervision and ensure work done on site is fully complied with specification and drawing
* Follow-up closely with sub-contractors on the progress of site works
* Ensure all work activities are carried out in a safe working environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions
* Min 5 years of working experience involving ACMV and M&E works in the construction industry
* Able to plan and co-ordinate M&E works and shop drawings
* Able to identify and follow-up site issues with the project team and sub-contractors
* Able to work independently and under tight schedule
