Role: IT Support Engineer
Duration: 1 year (renewable and convertible subject to project)
Location: CBD
Working hours: Required to work on shift work Mon to Fri (7am – 4pm & 10am – 7pm)
Salary: $3500
Job Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Application support for end users
- Troubleshooting of Laptops/Desktop
- Active Directory Account Creation/Deletion/Update
- Creating and administration of email accounts and groups
- User Administration of Egnyte - Content Management System
- General Network Support (e.g. reboot WIFI routers)
- Setup Conference Video Call Request (e.g. WebEx)
- Setup laptop and projectors on meeting rooms as requested
- Setup, support and operation Web-ex meeting hardware.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Information Technology
- End User support Min 1 years experience preferable with trading floor experience a plus
- Required for Singapore holiday support ( 2-3 times a year and rotated among the team members )
- Must be able to do OT and weekend work as required (Not frequent)
- Excellent Communication skills (required to support traders, and bankers from US/UK)
