· Review design information issued at the tender design stage / planning stage, and possibilities of re-engineering

· Responsible for structural design planning and coordination with project team and client during tender and awarded projects.

• Provide 24 X 7 technical assistance via phone,
• Troubleshoot CPE issues, Mobile Broadband, Web/Mail Hosting/setup, co-location and other ISP related products and services
