• Experience in leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures.
• Understanding of energy efficient mechanical systems and equipment with Green Building design experience and knowledge of Green Mark/ LEED is an added advantage.

Purpose:

• Support Design Lead in design guidance to project team members in delivering the Front End Project Design up to and including Concept Select in accordance with business and project objectives and quality expectations.

General Overview
