JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for managing the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
· Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
· Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
· Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
· Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements
· Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams
· Lead, monitor and report the progress of a few projects to all internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
· Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline
· 2 to 4 years of project management experience in product development or research project would be preferable
· PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous
· Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
