MAIN PURPOSE

· Manage planning, organizing, and developing technical information for new products and existing products.

· Verify Product names, claims, marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view, then substantiate all with efficacy test data and other technical information.

· Support regional & local marketing activities from technical aspects.

· Support regional & local RA team for claim substantiation.

· Conduct consumer research and competitor research in the cosmetics industry to propose and develop more attractive claims and technical information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional technical information development

· Create technical information according to new product concept.

· Check and verify product claims and plan how to substantiate them by ingredients and formula information or efficacy tests.

· Plan and execute efficacy tests in-house or with third parties, and review and analyse the test results.

· Finalize and confirm all claims with MKT.

· Communicate well with marketing, regulatory, and other R&D members to execute the above jobs.

Regional marketing activities support

· Support to create marketing materials such as mechanism diagram, educational contents, or demo movie to explain unique technology or ingredients formulated and the efficacy in the products.

· Check and verify marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view and provide alternative suggestions if needed.

· Participate and present technical information in marketing events.

Regional regulatory activities support

· Answer local authority inquiries by creating the explanation letters or providing the supporting documents.

Consumer and Competitors research

· Conduct APAC area’s consumer research to understand APAC consumers deeply.

· Research and analyse competitors’ claims and activities to understand market trend and competitiveness.

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the one of SIA Group's Cloud/DevOps teams and will be responsible for the following:

• Administering cloud-based Infrastructure deployment which includes tasks such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, maintaining security posture, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, network setup, backup/restore and incident management.
• Performs system administration activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident.
• Create and maintain documentation and processes for troubleshooting, maintaining, and configuring systems.
• Operates within assigned budget and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery and security related drills.
• Build automation wherever possible to improve development team’s agility.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Provide training or conduct talks to the cloud community within the company.
• Explore, learn and deploy new technologies that will help the company to reduce cost or improve operational efficiencies.
• This position requires periodic system administration outside normal business hours.
• Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud.
• AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate) preferred.
• Conversant with infrastructure definition tools such as Cloud Formation and Terraform, and with YAML/JSON deployment templates.
• Advanced python/ansible scripting skills for provisioning and automating dynamic cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in infrastructure areas such as virtual server technologies, networking, internet protocols, scripting & monitoring tools and IT Security.
• Experience in API Management (AWS API Gateway, Tibco Mashery), Platform as a Service (OpenShift, Cloud Foundry) and DevOps are preferred.

This is a 2-month short term assignment from our Zurich office to Singapore branch to train the local team as part of the Global Control Centre setup to cover the night shift (Zurich time) to provide support services (e.g., for software, hardware, end user devices, networks) and monitoring capabilities to ensure continuous access to IT services and Live Cycle for End Users, with the following key areas of focus:

• Operational monitoring and support of the central and decentralized applications (IBM z/OS mainframe, Unix, Windows etc.) in the IT Control Center
• Execution and monitoring of requests for manual interaction in the different systems using OPC (z/OS) and AWA-Automic scheduling tools
• Perform day to day operational activities which included periodic system checks, IPLs, Start/End of day procedures, system health checks etc.
• Global coordination with Switzerland HUB to implement follow-the-sun model, participating in the shifts handover and keeping track of the main events of the shift in the team sharepoint
• Collaboration on releases, key date changes, disaster recovery tests, etc.
• Early escalation of Incidents to the responsible team and Incident Management organization, according to the applicable Incident Management process and available instructions
• Global collaboration with L2 and L3 responsible of the critical applications

Professional and Technical Requirements

• Mainframe z/OS experience as Operator
• Experience with OPC (z/OS scheduling tool)
• JCL, Batch Scheduling
• AWA scheduling tool experience is a plus
• ITIL basic knowledge
• Experience in a similar role (1st-Level, 2nd-Level and/or Onsite) and in troubleshooting general IT issues

• Handle a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity, and yield.
• Responsible for manpower, overtime and consumables planning and perform daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues.
• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are observe at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in High-Tech, High-Vol Manufacturing industry.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night)
