• Deploy, automate and maintain web-scale infrastructure with leading public cloud vendors such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform

Sales Execution

• Engages in conversations with customers to introduce how Unified Support could enable digital transformation areas that is aligned with the customer's industry in collaboration with the Account Teams and Services. Shares learning on digital transformation through seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement.

• Act as System Admin for assigned Principals
• Work closely with local IT to ensure smooth system uploads and reporting
• Schedule system reports to relevant stakeholders – COMZ Division and/or Principals
• Sales mapping by customer by Rep for uploading into the different systems
• Weekly and monthly sales overview reports to COMZ management (GM, Biz Unit Managers)
• Monthly sales reports to Finance for billing purposes
• Prepare monthly sales reports per Principal in excel pivot for COMZ managers to use for their monthly sales performance report to Principals
• Prepare monthly sales forecast templates for COMZ managers to input.
• Preparation of monthly Salesmen’s commission and quarterly Manager’s commission for COMZ Management’s review and approval
• Handle customers’ sales queries and/or redirect them to respective Sales Team
• Maintaining A&P tracking reports for HPH & Simple
• Management of access control to all confidential documents and drives upon approval by GM.
• Maintenance of filing systems for Division’s key documents (Price/Bonus Maintenance forms, Request for Return Notes, sample chits etc)
• Follow up with Principals on outstanding price and trade returns documents
• Sorting incoming faxes and forward to relevant parties
• Work with Central Admin/HR in prompt replenishment of stationery/beverages for the Division
• Prepare the necessary for monthly Division meetings – meeting room booking and arrangement, refreshments
• Secretarial support to COMZ management team in arranging travel bookings, meeting and appointments.
• Compliance with ISO procedures, quality systems and COC
• Others duties as assigned by management

Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for Data Governance initiatives, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful implementations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with data governance objectives. Key responsibilities for this role are:

Project Leadership: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Business Glossary, Metadata management and Data lineage solution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.

Tool Selection and Implementation: Oversee selection and implementation of metadata management tool, ensuring it meet the organization's needs and integrate effectively with existing systems. Conduct POCs involving new data technologies. Prioritize implementation scope for incremental coverage; Independently install, customise and integrate software packages and programs. Maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure a platform centric management of software applications

Lifecycle Management: Manage full lifecycle of metadata management and data lineage initiatives, from conception and design to implementation, maintenance, and optimization of end to end data lineage extraction; provide remediation for broken data lineage across multiple technologies, products and platforms. Review & deliver documents such as solution design, program specifications for target solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data stewards, IT professionals, and business analysts, infrastructure & information security teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to metadata management and data lineage; Create frameworks, technical features which helps in establishing end to end data lineage for Critical Data Elements

Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, performance & SLA monitoring and completeness of metadata and data lineage information in SIT, UAT and production environment

Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors providing metadata management solutions, overseeing their contributions to the successful implementation of the projects.

Project Management & Risk Management: Plan, execute, and deliver metadata management and data lineage projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with metadata management and data lineage projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Training and Documentation: Provide inputs for training programs and ensure documentation to enhance understanding and adoption of metadata management and data lineage best practices within the organization.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of metadata management and data lineage initiatives, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in simple ways.

Technical Skills

8+ years of experience in implementing data governance solutions with a strong background in deploying such solutions, encompassing both on-premise and cloud-based models.

Metadata Management Tools: Proficiency in using metadata management tools such as Informatica IDMC, IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog or equivalent tools (Collibra, Alation, Solidatus)

Data Lineage Tools: Experience with data lineage tools like Informatica IDMC, IBM Manta or similar solutions to establish and visualize end-to-end data flows. Identify and build both business and technical lineage, including strategies for fixing lineage breaks

Database Technologies: In-depth knowledge of various database technologies, including but not limited to Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, Oracle, Postgres, and Cassandra DB.

ETL/ELT Tools: Expertise in ETL/ELT tools like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, and other data integration platforms to understand and document transformation logic.

• Conduct day-to-day L2 support of banking application software. In case any errors are detected by the bank operations department (L1 support), you are required to find the recovery solution, working together with your colleagues, the outsourcing vendor, the bank IT department, and the counterparty of the head office, if necessary. MAIN DUTIES:

• The successful candidate will be part of our Systems & Control team to support the project design and development, installation, commissioning and upgrading of factory automation equipment and other machine assemblies for customers in the various industries.
