Key Responsibilities:

• Support the engineering lead in the review and coordination of Electrical Engineering and Design team assigned to the project .
• Handle Electrical matters by interfacing with Project Management, Refinery Electrical Department, Vendors and contractors
• Evaluate the optimum electrical system.
• Coordinate with Chevron SME for preparation of Project Standards.
• Ensure Project Requirement Specification meet local and international codes and standards and Project Standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced and highly technically proficient individuals to join us as Duty Engineers. Joining as part of the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree’s pre-opening team, our Duty Engineers will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and maintenance of the Resort’s facilities, including all technical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• The Duty Engineer will conduct regular inspections of the Resort to determine maintenance requirements, upgrades and improvements. In performing this role, the incumbent will be responsible for reporting any incidents to the Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Resolve any maintenance matters reported by guests or staff. This includes coordinating with the Front Office and Housekeeping with regards to specific maintenance activities and ensuring that any identified matters are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

• Support the Lead Piping Engineer in the engineering management team, being responsible for the supervision and coordination of the piping design and Design team assigned to the project.
• Handle piping design layout and conformance of design to design specification.
• Review Project Requirement Specification for piping design and ensure review of thermal stress analysis and 2 phase vibration concerns with the engineering contractors, licensors or vendors.
• Coordinate with technical specialists for preparation of Project Standards.
• Ensure Project Requirement Specification meet local and international codes and standards and Project Standards.
• Coordinate work with other discipline such as process, instrument, mechanical (rotary and static), electrical etc.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies, troubleshoot problems and performs root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects in order to take effective corrective and preventive

Job Description

• Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.
• Do regular site visits as part of field learning experiences and also to help troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Work with sales team to provide customers with product demonstrations and company presentations, technical solution and products offer.
• Work with global application team to maintain close coordination and cooperation, access to product related information and seek for technical support when necessary.
• Participate actively in knowledge exchange through global forums and case studies.
• Conduct necessary technical training to customers, distribution partners and internal team
• To support the sales team in spec-in activities with the best solution, as well as reviewing project technical/testing specifications

Professional Qualifications
