• Proficiency in using FEA software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Update CMS database checklists based on the latest engineering drawings and punch lists for mechanical/electrical processes, safety, and HVAC disciplines, and assign tasks accordingly.
2. Prepare boundary drawings to support subsystem listings.
3. Develop procedures, method statements, and risk assessments for commissioning activities.
4. Attend supplier Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
5. Lead a team of mechanical/electrical technicians and mechanics to perform on-site preparation and execution, liaising with all parties, including supplier representatives, to resolve issues promptly.
6. Be adaptable to overseas travel and prepare the required documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Relate experience in commissioning within the oil & gas or marine industry required.
2. Hands-on experience in commissioning diesel generators, compressors, pumps, piping systems, packaged equipment, cranes, mechanical handling equipment, HVAC, etc.
3. Familiar with work permit systems, lock-out tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and project specifications, technical, and HSE standards.
4. Experience with completion management system databases such as PIMS-CMS, WinPCS, ProCoSys, or ICAPS is a plus.
