Responsibilities:

• Develop membrane products, systems and processes for the applications in separation processes, e.g. Nano-filtration, Ultra-filtration etc.
• Execute product development process from bench-scale through commercialization, and continue technical support throughout production.
• Plan and execute lab, pilot and field tests.
• Interact with customers/clients/collaborators to identify new needs and initiate solutions.
• Work with R&D and business units to screen ideas/technologies and conceive technology solutions.
• Work with internal resources, suppliers and development partners to execute projects.
• Cross department and subsidiary or sister companies’ coordination and communication to ensure aligned execution of pilot test project.
• Document project work and report out to management.
• Close working with production team to understand existing product characteristics and explore for any potential application.
• Familiarize with the existing production process and support quality team on documentation preparation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in membrane development, pilot testing, or water and wastewater treatment is highly desirable
• Microsoft words, excels, power point literate

General Overview

The position is part of the site Instrument, control and electrical (ICE) team that provides maintenance and technical support to the Operations and Project teams in the LNG Terminal. The incumbent is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the integrity of the on-stream continuous analyzers and quality management in the Terminal.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for tasks and duties such as but not limited to the following:

• Maintenance of process on-stream and laboratory analyzers
• Work on continuous improvement projects to resolve any issues related to correct functioning of process stream analyzers
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for all process stream analyzers, sampling and laboratory equipment
• Manage and oversee the laboratory operations with laboratory service provider
• Upkeep laboratory related documents such as safety, quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP) and laboratory logbooks delivered by vendor
• Addressing customers’ queries related to measurement and quality management

Work Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance of various process analyzers such as Gas Chromatography, Wobbe index analyser, HydroCarbon Dewpoint analyzer, THT analyzer, Auto-sampler etc.
• Previous experience in design, installation, commissioning, maintenance of instrumentation and analyzer systems in oil and gas/petrochemical industry/Analyzer vendor is required
• Knowledge in ISO17025 - general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.

Education & Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; preferably in Chemical/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Lead Resident Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste

treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the ICA project implementation at site.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer in daily supervision and coordination duties for ICA discipline.
• Project delivery planning including time and manpower scheduling.
• Source and interview for Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers for ICA discipline
• Strong capability of specification capability for all ICA related specification. e.g. DCS / PLC system configuration, topology and controller, RIO engineering.
• Enforce Specifications, International Standards, Singapore Standards and good practices
• In depth of understanding for automation package for contract implementation of automation systems for WtE project.
• Contracts management of ICA discipline for the WtE project
• Review the EICA submittals from Contractors for Process like Waste Reception system,
• Incinerator-Boiler System, Water Steam Cycle, weighbridge system, building services,
• Enterprise Resources Planning, Communication Network Infrastructure, DCS, PLC, EMIS,PFMS etc.
• Essential understanding of P&ID of process engineering
• Liase with Engineering Manager and the Project Technical Specialists on the review and approval of design submissions including calculations and drawings
• Engage in Technical discussion EICA related issues with contractor and client
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with Contractors
• Define Inspection and Special testing requirement and ensure coordination of those efforts on all contracts
• Ensure the documentation fully complies with the specifications and standards
• Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops
• Work with electrical team closely for all power and process interfaces
• Participation in FAT of automation equipment, DCS, PMS, PLC and RIO
• Provide Technical support in Testing and Commissioning of the plant

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic/Instrumentation & Control Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board
• Registered as Resident Engineer with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the
• Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design and construction of large Waste to
• Energy (WTE) project or waste/water management projects in Singapore, particularly experience in power plant or WTE processes.

Introduction:

We are expanding our Fab Operations and are looking for Process Engineers, in this role you will sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements. Process improvement to eliminate inherent process weakness to achieve company goals.

Your Job:

• Analyze SPC charts using SPACE. Know all the PR rules and their significance.
• Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC.
• Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
• Monitor critical SPC charts daily.
• Perform process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK.
• Review ESPC charts using SPACE.
• Know all the rules for ESPC.
• Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Raise PCRB and understand the requirement for PCRB opening, follow through with qual plan, analyze data using required software and CR closure.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN.
• Setup and troubleshoot in recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module.
• Follow up on passdown to troubleshoot process issues.
• Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
• Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline.
• Work closely with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.
