Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting the bidding documents in the early stage of the project. Technical gatekeeping, and participation in the bidding process.
• Pharmaceutical equipment engineering project construction management;
• Construction management of weak current engineering projects;
• In-depth design of on-site electrical drawing construction;
• Electrical facilities maintenance and maintenance requirements:
• Master the basic knowledge of strong and weak electricity design, strong and weak electricity design specifications and general design calculations, familiar with the performance and parameters of related materials and equipment, familiar with site construction technology; 3.
• More than 3 years of weak current design experience or site construction experience;
• Proficient in reading structural design drawings, pipeline design drawings, mechanical and electrical design drawings and other related building information Good at communication, courage to take responsibility, good team spirit and cooperation spirit, can bear strong work pressure;
• Strong ability to learn, analyze and solve problems; 7. Skilled use of common drawing software (CAD) and office software;
• Responsible for the quality supervision of work related to the profession in the construction site. Check. Rectify and track the work.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree or above in building electrical or related major;
• fresh graduates or more than 5 years of on-site electrical construction work experience, familiar with construction specifications and site management;
• Familiar with electrical installation in the electromechanical installation process of medical plant project, with rich experience in site construction management;
• good health, with good on-site coordination and team spirit.
• Experience in clean workshop construction is preferred.
• Singapore Class-3 Driving license.

The main objective of this role is to support GustoMSC's customers in keeping the company's offshore equipment, such as heavy lift cranes, electrical and hydraulic jacking systems, skidding systems, and fixation systems, fit for purpose and safe to operate. As a Service and Commissioning Engineer, you will represent GustoMSC while performing inspections, installations, commissioning, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting on this equipment worldwide.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ÿ Perform inspections, installation, FATs, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting, and related service work on GustoMSC’s GLC-2000-ED-SB cranes, NG-9000C jacking systems, and other similar GustoMSC offshore equipment at a software, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical level.
• Ÿ Supervise maintenance on the assigned GustoMSC equipment such as the GLC-2000-ED-SB cranes and NG-9000C jacking systems.
• Ÿ Provide client support during rig moves and jacking trials involving GustoMSC equipment.
• Ÿ Advise customers on the use, spare parts, maintenance, and potential updates/upgrades for GustoMSC's crane, jacking, and other offshore systems.
• Ÿ Prepare work method statements and accurate, thorough reports related to servicing and maintaining GustoMSC equipment.
• Ÿ Provide technical customer support from the office on GustoMSC's crane, jacking, and other offshore product lines.
• Ÿ Be available for 24-hour callouts when issues arise with GustoMSC equipment.
• Ÿ Carry out work on GustoMSC systems to the highest quality standards.
• Ÿ Conduct pre-job meetings and toolbox talks specific to GustoMSC equipment.
• Ÿ Promote a safety and quality culture around the use and maintenance of GustoMSC designs.

Skills & Experience required.

• Ÿ Vocational Diploma or Certificate or Associate Degree in mechanical, hydraulic, mechatronics, or electrical engineering and/or Bachelor's Degree or University of Applied Sciences Degree in mechanical, hydraulic, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, with a focus on heavy industry or offshore equipment.
• Ÿ Approximately 5-15 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and servicing GustoMSC's GLC-2000-ED-SB cranes, NG-9000C jacking systems, and other similar offshore equipment, including experience in leading a multi-disciplinary commissioning team.
• Ÿ In-depth knowledge of the technical specifications, operation, and maintenance requirements of GustoMSC's crane, jacking, and other offshore product lines.
• Ÿ Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade GustoMSC equipment at a software, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical level.
• Ÿ Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary commissioning team.
• Ÿ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation related to GustoMSC equipment.
• Ÿ Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication with GustoMSC's international clients.
• Ÿ Strong reporting and customer service skills to support GustoMSC's aftermarket services.
• Ÿ Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures and policies specific to working on GustoMSC offshore equipment.
• Ÿ Willingness to work abroad, including offshore, and be available for evening/weekend work when GustoMSC equipment requires attention.

Quality Essential Desirable Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma or Certificate (e.g., BTEC, City & Guilds, NVQ) or associate degree in mechanical, hydraulic, mechatronics or electrical engineering and/or
• Bachelor's Degree or University of Applied Sciences Degree in mechanical, hydraulic, mechatronics or electrical engineering

• Ÿ Identify quality issues, report non-conformances, and assist in developing quality improvement initiatives for GustoMSC's aftermarket services.
