Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide Level2 application support to users on FINACLE Application 10 x, EOD/BOD, Patch application
- Need to analyse Delivery Channels - logs and ensuring trouble free process
- Provide Backend support for solving queries
- Handling Customized module.
- Generating data through SQL as per the requirement.
- Performance analysis and tuning for Oracle Databases, IBM WAS, Finacle, Network
- Responsible in Migration of NEFT messages
Requirements:
- Required Bachelor degree in Computer science or relevant fields
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Application support
- Strong experience in Finacle Core banking product, provide Finacle L2 Support.
- Required to involve in Installation, Troubleshooting and configuration
- Good Understanding of Payment cycle
- Strong experience of PL SQL, unix Shell scripting, Finacle scripting
- Experience in customization of Finacle CRM, Finacle Batch Setup
