Job Responsibilities
· Technical Support:Provide on-site technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of hardware and software issues.
· Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test new hardware and software systems according to customer requirements.
· System Maintenance:Perform regular maintenance and updates on customer systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Customer Training:Train customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively, including providing documentation and hands-on guidance.
· Issue Resolution:Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including issue logs, service reports, and customer communications.
· Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met and to escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of programming in C,C++ are added advantages
Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
Have knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products are added advantages.
Have passion for exploratory testing and test automation are added advantages.
Able to work independently within tight schedule with positive disposition.
Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
Fluent of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
