ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customers, offering guidance and support across their lifecycle.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customer landscapes.
• Advocate for value-added services within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services delivery units to establish long-term service plans and account visions.
• Participate in on-site customer visits when necessary and support customers’ Intelligent Enterprise transformation as a technical consultant.

Education, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management (or equivalent experience).
• Solid expertise and in SAP technologies (SAP certification preferred).
• Strong focus on customer service and communication, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Analytical and solution-focused mindset with excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven skills in managing customer escalations, process improvements, and key relationships.
• Working knowledge of hyperscalers, multi-cloud integrations, networking, and virtualization technologies (e.g., load balancers, VMs).
• Ability to perform under pressure and consistently deliver value to customers and the organization
• Experience working with international and cross-cultural teams for seamless project execution.

Work Experience

• 9+ years of SAP technology (BASIS) experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience, with demonstrated skills in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and executive-level relationship management.
• Proven technical project management skills to handle complex customer projects efficiently and resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• With a primary role in delivery management, you will be responsible for the project technical delivery and quality assurance of the team’s delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools. You will partner closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
• Lead and mentor a team of technology Microservice professionals focused on customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables as per the roadmap/agreed scope.
• Candidate is required to work very closely with Cross-functional teams and ensure the microservice modules/SDM documents are delivered on time with quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery results.

Essential:

• Past technical and delivery experience, preferably in a retail banking or wholesale or business banking environment.
• Have managed team size between 5 and 10
• Experience in SDLC/ Agile delivery (SCRUM)
• Directly lead and manage a team of technical teams.
• Understand and adhere to bank process such as project governance, change control management etc...
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deployment queues with other teams in the bank.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to in an environment where requirements change rapidly.
• You must be the experienced developer, with good experience in system integration/interfacing.
• You will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application Delivery.
• Manager (ADM) in all relevant technical matters, end-to-end, within the project.
• Depending on the project, your duties may include coding, scripting, building new systems (where necessary) and interfaces. For new system build-up, you may need to environment support during SIT/UAT.
• You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and transferred to the production team post-cutover.
• You will be expected to work with the senior developers and system architect in formulating technical solutions that is fit for purpose for your assigned projects. The solution will need to satisfy all security, regulatory and architectural standards.

• Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; PDPA familiarity preferred.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is beneficial.
• Background in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus.
