This is an onsite role that forms part of a larger global IT Team, focused on customer satisfaction for the end users we support, our employees. The working hours are 7:30AM to 17:00PM with rotational after-hour support shared between the team. The role sits as part of a broader team responsible for global desktop support and desktop engineering. This is a 5-day in office role.

Responsibilities:

Support Role:

• Provide desktop support to the end users (trade floor and operations). This includes: installation, repair, servicing and maintenance of hardware (e.g. printers/scanners) equipment.
