Job Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support and assistance for incoming queries and issues related to desktop support, mobile device management, and video conferencing.
• Install and configure new IT equipment, conduct PC refreshes, set up new hire equipment, manage PC relocations, and handle the retirement and collection of devices due for decommissioning.
• Ensure proper drive wiping, maintaining chain of custody, and managing inventory.
• Resolve incidents and perform software and hardware upgrades.
• Install new hardware for clients, including monitors, docking stations, and keyboards.
• Accurately record, update, and document requests through the IT service desk system.
• Maintain professionalism while addressing service delivery and client issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate customer-reported issues and determine the most effective solution.
• Identify and promptly escalate business and technical challenges as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of deskside support experience
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a 1st class Production Support service to Bank's Channel’s stakeholders

Key skills required:

• 5+ years of experience with Distributed Technologies – Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Unix, MQ, Oracle.

• Strong working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application production support

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application architecture

• Excellent troubleshooting skills in Control-m batch issues, SSIS packages

• Strong automation skills (Unix Shell scripting / windows batch scripting or any other scripting language)

• Hands-On experience in writing / debugging scripts, code, and database queries

• Software Engineering & Change Management

• Solid understanding and execution of DR & BCP

• Good experience in Middleware MQ / BMC / Control-M/Remedy incident Management tools

The Sales Support Assistant/ Executive, under direction of supervision, primary responsibility is to support the Sales & Marketing team.

The Sales Support Assistant/ Executive will actively participate in discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Operations / Customer Services, contributing to the growth of the sales operational plan.

• Handling all administrative duties for the Sales department
• Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
• Preparation of sales order and quotations for customers
• Transacting sales contracts and associated Purchase Orders into ERP system
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
• Providing information to customers on status of order
• Managing and monitoring trends for requests for quotation
