About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
• Conduct mental health screening to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
• Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients with mental health issues and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs
• Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties
• Manage volunteers to support outreach events and conduct activities when necessary
• Establish and support the run of a caregiver support group

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably with some social service experience
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community services

Job Description:

The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution. Providing fault analysis to customer’s various core operating systems and platforms, as well be able to provide support and apply desktop fault resolution for the approved application suite. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.

Position Responsibilities and Functionsa.

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issues status and resolutiond. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
• Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.g. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.

Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills

i. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

ii. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.

iii. Minimum of 12 months’ years of IT experience.

iv. Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.

v. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.

vi. Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

vii. Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
