18.Communicate with Equipment Planner, Warehouse and Engineering Department to monitor the project and ensure it is on the right track.

19.Check the equipment packing list and ensure that it matches the expanded list.

20.Sign off and approve the Packing List to be used for a project.

21.Prepare Production and Technical Integration Layout for each project with relevant technical information and ensure relevant parties receive it before project.

22. Be part of the Support Team during project by monitoring the support email and respond to communications received.

23. Conduct post-project evaluation on technical performance and issues encountered and suggest possible improvements for the next project.

This role will report into the Head of Application Support – ENDUR working on different business systems critical for the trading life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting of Commodity Trading and live position applications during trading hours.
• Support of CTRM and connected upstream/downstream applications for Intraday and End of day activities.
• Take appropriate actions to ensure that time-critical batch steps run successfully. This may involve root cause analysis of issues and taking appropriate corrective actions (fixing curves, excluding deals/portfolios etc.).
• Monitor applications availability and report issues pro-actively.
• Communicate with clients/vendors as required: inform/follow-up for incident progress, notify them of impending changes or agreed outages
• Good organizational skills in managing issues, projects and communicating to the stake holders.
• Fast turnaround of client requests.
• Log and prioritize tickets in the ticketing system.
• Work with the Service Desk to ensure requests are routed to appropriate resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently
• Escalate service requests that require 3rd level support

Technical expertise

• 10 years of work experience in IT industry, 7 years of experience in Endur.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in energy trading domain.
• Must have experience of working on trading floor and supporting traders during peak hours.
• Good knowledge of OpenLink Endur
• Working knowledge of Endur OpenJVS programming.
• Good experience with CTRM Application support including upstream/downstream systems. (E.g. Understands business workflow, trade life cycle and operations)
• Must have business knowledge of Gas and/or Power trade life cycle.
• Working knowledge of Gas and/or Power markets in APAC/EMEA.
• Programming skills using JAVA or .Net or any programming language.
• Diagnosis skills of technical issues related to programs in Java, .Net or any other programming language.
• Understanding of databases and analysing SQL scripts.
• Should be able to support team members in different geographical regions.

The role as IT Support Service is a 6-month project to handle software installation, updating, commissioning and de-commissioning PC equipment - may be assigned in various locations Islandwide.

Position Responsibilities:
