This is an onsite role that forms part of a larger global IT Team, focused on customer satisfaction for the end users we support, our employees. Within the role you will be utilizing your extensive knowledge of both Windows and macOS, leveraging your previous experience and existing skills in end-user support. We are seeking a dedicated Support Engineer professional to join our team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to collaborate with various departments to support and maintain our software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues (Linux VMs, Vendor Product, SFTP).
