Purpose of the Job

Responsible for ensuring elderly clients’ safety in transportation while performing driving or escort duties. - Take charge of the frontend development of Governance & Experience solutions for TikTok Shop in Singapore.

- Lead the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care, etc.

- Continuously enhance customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the utilization of data and operational dashboards.

- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.

Qualifications:
