Your Role:

We're seeking an experienced Help Desk IT Support Engineer to join our Tenable APAC team in Singapore. You’ll provide onsite support at our office as well as remote assistance for the wider APAC region. Your main tasks will involve resolving technical issues, performing installations, upgrades, repairs, and backups, and ensuring smooth tech operations daily.

What You'll Need:

• Two or more years of technical support experience.

Reporting directly to the Global IT Infrastructure Manager you will be required to be responsible for the day to day management of all relevant ICT systems and personnel.

In this role you will manage a helpdesk service function for all internal employees dealing with server hardware, server software applications and operating systems, phones, email enquiries, application issues and not limited to issues regarding the Network and PC Operating Systems, ensuring staff are suitably trained and issues are dealt with in a prompt manner. BAND 1 JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. The candidate will also need to facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center. Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution.
