• Provide Tier-3 Technical Support to customers and partners across JAPAC

Your Experience

Minimum (Must Have)

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safety & Compliance

• Prioritize vessel and crew safety.
• Assist in preparing maintenance records, technical reports, and repair schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, Engineering, Technical Writing, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to understand and articulate technical details.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in a sales or marketing environment, particularly in technical industries, is a plus.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
