Main Responsibilities

· Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner

· Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers

· Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery

· Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status

· Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment

· Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers

· Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management.

· Develop and maintain good customer business relationship

Qualifications/Requirement.

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

· Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage

· Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage

· Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point

· Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory

· Independent, articulate, strong technical knowledge and a team player

· Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.

Requirements

To provide onsite Desktop support

Troubleshooting Computer hardware , software and Determine the best solution based on the issues and details provided

Provide on-site support for hardware and softwarerelated incidents,

Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance, updates to software/hardware (e.g. anti-virus software)

Deploy and set up hardware, software, and network connectivity of end points.

Individuals who are PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIBLE and good COMMUNICATION/INTERPERSONAL skills

Person with eye for details and proactive problem solver (ability in fast processing)

Good documentation skills

Must be independent, proactive and self-motivated

Requirements:

Preferably at least 2 years and above IT desktop support experience in the similar position

Qualifications

Study at Nitec/Diploma in IT or Computer science related field are in advantage

Knowledge in VMware and Windows 10 Environment (preferred)

Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products.

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Respond to client support requests.
• Contact clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Travel to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
• Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshoot network connection issues.
• Advise on software or hardware upgrades.
• Provide basic training in computer operation and management.
• Complete job reports and ordering supplies.
• Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting.
• Handle Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 10, Mac OS).
• Perform Software Installation (experience in deployment tools such as SCCM).
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge group policies, Active Directory and Exchange
• In-depth troubleshooting skills of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), Mac OS, Microsoft Office & Office 365 applications, PC/Laptop hardware, PC/Laptop peripherals, including printers and mobile devices
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Excellent customer service and people skills

• Technically sound with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java, J2EE/JEE, Oracle, SQL/ PLSQL, Jasper report, APIs (RESTful and SOAP) and/or XML. Basic understanding of Solaris and/or Linux OS such as RHEL would be required.
• Having Unix shell scripting, RedHat Ansible knowledge, experience in AWS applications (CloudWatch, S3, RDS, EKS), IBM Connect Direct, IBM MQ, API Gateway, Apache Ignite, Solace PubSub+, ELK, micro services & containers, cloud-based architecture and/or DevSecOps technologies is a plus.
• Experience in Spring 4.x / 5.x / 6.x and Struts 2.x frameworks, SpringBoot and/or SpringBatch would be added advantage.
• Domain knowledge of Financial Clearing and Payment Systems and ISO20022 standard is a plus.

Main duties:

• Provides technical support for sales staff, including installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of all products handled by the respective divisions in the region.
• Project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment.
• Provide first level of support for network, server, and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities.
• Conduct training to end-user and staff members.
• Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information.
• Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.

Pre-requisite:

• Diploma in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
• Preferably with 1 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.
• Customer-oriented, effective communication, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users .

Provide basic infrastructure or network troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

Install, configure, and update software applications, desktops, laptops, TV, Meeting Room bookings and peripherals.

Create and maintain accurate IT documentation

Review and maintain IT contracts with vendors

Review all software licences and provide periodic updates & recommendations.

Plan and provide a table of report on upcoming licences renewals and ensuring the accounts are done correctly and on-time.

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking.

Review need of IT requisition from users and obtain approval from user’s department head .

Procure, manage, and maintain office IT equipment and cabling to meet agreed standards.

Conduct periodic system audits and ensure IT systems meet security and compliance standards .

Assist with office infrastructure setup and maintenance, including firewalls, access points, printers, and workstations.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS; familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and software is essential.

Experienced in using and supporting Microsoft 365, MS Teams and Sharepoint support.

Be self-reliant and take ownership of their responsibilities.

Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and IT team.

Exhibit excellent teamwork skills and adapt to company’s culture and practices.

Maintain a high standard of work and adhere to service timelines to ensure operational efficiency.

Identify areas for improvement in the IT support processes and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
